Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a prompt refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of receiving your shipment. Please note that used or worn swimwear may not be returned and all original tags must be attached. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

To return an order, log into your account at SwimSale.com and follow the instructions to complete a return request. You will then receive instructions for returning your order to us.

Once we have received your return, we will refund the total amount of your order (less any shipping charges) to the original payment method used. Refunds are typically issued within 7-14 business days. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
