How to Return/Exchange Goods:

Returns/Exchanges return period is 10 days from when you receive the goods. If you wish to return/exchange goods, you may do so without prior notice. Simply fill out the enclosed return sheet with your order and enclose it with the returned goods.

We enclose postage paid return packaging with your order. All you have to do is drop the return in the mail!

International orders that are not within the United States will have to pay for all shipping cost to and from and strongly recommend that you send with insured and tracking for your protection.

For your convenience, we have provided pre-addressed return packaging for any returns from within the United States. Please follow these instructions for using the pre-addressed return packaging:

Step 1: Package the return and seal securely.

Step 2: Drop the package in the mail. You may also hand the package to any USPS mail carrier.

A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.  This will take approx. 3 weeks from date you return the package.   Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
