Swimsale.com offers FREE SHIPPING & FREE RETURN SHIPPING for all orders within the United States.  All other orders shipped outside the United States must be paid for by the customer.

All orders are shipped as soon as possible, subject to credit card approval and stock availability.  Our packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail with efforts made for you to receive within approx. 10 days of order placement.

No Sales tax - enjoy no sales tax on every order, to every state in the United States.

We do not offer overnight shipping as a regular service, but if merchandise is in stock and you would like to pay overnight shipping fees of $22.50; we will try to accommodate your order.  Please call 866-321-SWIM (10:00am - 5:00pm) before placing order to determine if item is in stock for overnight shipping.

How to Return/Exchange Goods:

Returns/Exchanges return period is 14 days from when you receive the goods. If you wish to return/exchange goods, you may do so without prior notice. Simply fill out the enclosed return sheet with your order and enclose it with the returned goods.

We enclose postage paid return packaging with your order. All you have to do is drop the return in the mail!

International orders that are not within the United States will have to pay for all shipping cost to and from and strongly recommend that you send with insured and tracking for your protection.

For your convenience, we have provided pre-addressed return packaging for any returns from within the United States. Please follow these instructions for using the pre-addressed return packaging:

Step 1: Package the return and seal securely.

Step 2: Drop the package in the mail. You may also hand the package to any USPS mail carrier.

WE MAKE IT THAT EASY!!!
